AIPL is manufacturing TL Towers upto 400 KV at following two plants :-

• Dera Bassi (Chandigarh)
• Sitarganj (Uttaranchal)

AIPL has acquired Techno Engineering Company in Dera Bassi, Chandigarh, Punjab who are into designing and manufacturing of transmission line towers and substations structure upto 400 kV for the last 25 years and approved vendor of PGCIL and various other electricity boards in India and Africa. The total capacity of our plant is around 30,000 MT per annum.

Our 2nd Manufacturing unit is at Sitarganj (Uttaranchal) which is green field project spread over a area of 10 acre of land in one of the upcoming industrial area of India. Our capacity is around 36000 MT/ Annum for manufacturing transmission line towers upto 400 KV.

We have latest state-of-the-art machines and equipments for manufacturing of steel structures, transmission towers which envolves process of cutting, bending, notching, drilling etc.

Equipment Details.......

GALVANIZING PLANT: We have latest galvanizing plant for galvanization of steel towers to protect them from moisture and other abnormal weather conditions. We have a galvanization bath of following sizes :

1. 8 mtr X 1 mtr X 2 mtr ( Sitarganj Unit)
   
2. 7 mtr X 1 mtr X 1 mtr ( Dera Bassi Unit)

This is as per requirement of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL) and various international electrical utilities in Africa and South East Asia.
