AIPL is manufacturing TL Towers at following two plants :-

• Dera Bassi (Punjab)
• Sitarganj (Uttrakhand)

AIPL is manufacturing:

1. Transmission Line Towers
   
2. Sub-Station Structures
   

We have latest state-of-the-art machines and equipments for manufacturing of steel structures, transmission towers which envolves process of cutting, bending, notching, drilling etc.

GALVANIZING PLANT: We have latest galvanizing plant for galvanization of steel towers to protect them from moisture and other abnormal weather conditions. We have a galvanization bath of following sizes :

1. 8 mtr X 1 mtr X 2 mtr ( Sitarganj Unit)
   
2. 7 mtr X 1 mtr X 1 mtr ( Dera Bassi Unit)

This is as per requirement of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL) and various international electrical utilities in Africa and South East Asia.
